dont use either of them for pvp, but i use shura for PvE its good to make lots of dmg but it takes a lil bit of time to build up( so in pvp its useless cause they can jsut pot it off). about the lvl 69 chainm that one i dont know because im lvl 58 and really dont plan on getting it cuz im gonna farm at cap, im lvl 58 and have shura in lvl 1 and it still does lots of dmg.
now about nachel idk, i think its not good and a waste of sp
