is there a formula that can determine how much many a bard replenishes using mana cycle based on harp used and lvl of int

yeah i have seen this site before but i was wondering if the mp recovered was affected by the harps mag attack because of the part that says 90% reflect
or is it just the numbers like lvl 1= 76 mana per sec ...

just buy a harp for ur level and you'll be fine. don't be the dumbass running around with lvl 1 harp...

That's what I always thought with regards to cleric heals, but if the formula is determined by the magical attack of the weapon you switch to afterwards, does it really matter what harp you use for mana cycle?

It's been tested before. The weapon u use after u cast the skill effect how much mp u'll recharge. Same goes to cleric skills and even DoTs from locks too.

I second this. INT has effect on it too as far as I can remember.

does anyone have a specific formula for figuring out how much mp is recovered by mana cycle taking int, mag attack of weapon, and all other contributing factors into consideration?

(76) + [(your magical attack power with a harp) x (whatever % it says next to the '76')] per second

Both points correct.
The harp's quality affects your mana cycle power, your own INT affects also your mana cycle power.
I learned this the hard way on this STR bard.

my friend uses level 8 sun harap for his moving march and noise
