I think you mean which statuses the skill removes,
it removes all bad status except for stun and chinese force Attack rating / Parry ratio debuffs.

Fear.. yes, as long as the level of integrity is as high as the fear level.
Petrify.. well, medusa is the only mob to cast such a skill, and it is level 111 if I remember correctly, so no. But if it were level 10.. maybe.

If a debuff is higher you just have to heal twice, atleast with the force debuff. That would mean you could heal petrify by doing it twice, but that isn't the case so I think you can't heal petrify.

It's really level one hundred and eleven. lol
but yeah.. it's unlikely that even 7 clerics casting integrity 2 times would heal it
