so i'm gonna do a 100 Fire/100 Ice/70 Light/50 Bich Full Int S/S Nuker.
I've got it down for the rest of the trees cept for bich. What skills should i take there, i thought it would be KD, KD Stab, and Passive?

100+100+70+50=320 mastery points. Anyway, with that level skills your KD's will have a success rate around 20-25%.

The cap is 90 on ecSRO... but I assume you mean 90/90/70/50, because that would = 300.
Anyways, 50 bicheon is a mistake. You need atleast 68 bicheon for the third book of stab or you're going to be lacking in PvP. The only skills I really use in that tree are KD and stab - but chains, petal dance, and that other skill that is ranged but I can't remember the name are semi-useful.
