Is Ice as main mastery too underpowered for a S/S pure int??

Thinking about the future 120 cap and as a pure int s/s ch char, I think I may be forced to redo my char to 120 Bicheon / 120 Ice / 60 Light... but by the numbers I've checked I see Ice heavily underpower against light and, specially, fire... or am I missing something here??
Can you tell me what you think about Ice as main nuke, please
Thanks for the input

It would definitely have the defense you need, but as far as damage, you might be a little too low. 120 cap for a nuker is really tough to decide, if it were me, I would personally keep bich and light maxed. 60 cold will still give you a little something at least as far as snow shield is concerned...

with the 120 ice you will have 70% snow shield and an enormous amount of additional phys defence
with such a physical defence force you might consier going garment and be quicker/use less mp.
the damage is a downside, ice nukes and ice imbue hitting the lowest of all elements, but as a blader with the smashing series and/or chains for bleed and other debuffs you should do fine as long as you can get the bad status on your opponent.
Cold is not the most aggressive imbue but definitely not the weakest.
freeze and frostbite can be life savers in pvp, especially as a full int, and with full cold, you can venture out and try higher lvl mobs than a 120 bich/light 60 ice would.
Any chinese without fire shield or holy word will despair in a fight aginst such a build .
can't really say how well it will work out since chinese still have the opportunity to max 3 skill trees. i think it would be a very strong build though.
not a very high offensive power but sill enough to get the job done.
