Should I max out Sudden Twist and Shield Crush?

Should I max them out or where should I stop leveling them? Anyone know which level of the skill gives the highest level of effects? (like Dull level7, Stun Level 7... etc) Thanks!

Max both of them. The last status level is 10. If you keep them at status level 7 it will be unlikely that anyone over level 80 will get the effect on them. You'll still get kb's also but they will be less likely.

just keep upgrading it till you see it gives 10D bleed, stun status

and i would get shield crush, dull is very useful in pvp, slows the opponent down

Well, I'm not going to max the skill level, I'll just max the "effect level," and according to lopasas, at mastery level 92, I can get the level 10, highest for this cap, skill effects (Dull lvl10, Bleed Lvl10, etc). It will only add more damages if I upgrade any higher.

its weird imo, because the kb chance is really 80% at any level, but the status error is not 80%,
to put dull on a 90+ u really need at least 8d dull skill

I think ur thinking about kd instead of kb. But yes, ur right about the statuses.

Well, from experiences, when i fight against someone around my level or lower, i kb them a lot more often then when i fight against high level players. It could be that kb has less chances of happening when fighting against higher level players, or it just badluck when i fight against the high level players?

KB should still be the same probability no matter what so it's probably in your head That's why level 1 shield trash can still be used so well in pvp at any level.

there's a slightly confusing info in that, but pretty easy if you get what I mean. Higher levels meaning they have better chance of resisting whatever it is given to them, so with that speaking if you want to really land status on them better update the lvl imo. KB is always the same though, because even my lvl 64 shield crush can KB anyone just that dull that cna't be often landed because of the lvl of it I pressume. That's my input on it, personal experience as well so to answer your question yes you should if you have enough sp for them.
