i wanted to make a 1h sword without the sub, is it seriously that weak?

Kinda yeah. Every other Euro build will have an extra advantage over you.

Yeah, but for solo grind & party (I think) It should be better as less SP demands.

And if your taking ONLY 1h sword, you wont even need to farm or have a gap over 3 imo.

is the damage mediocre? im just making this as my first char, im probably going to p farm other better chars later on, but im new starting out on vsro so ><

hmm, I personally would pick Rogue (only xbow) Cleric if it your 1st char.

Its light on SP, ownage and is good for farming nab characters later.

i actually did pick that first but it dies quick even without crossbow extreme. and for the 1h sword im gonna get stuff from the line with mana skin also, you think this char would suck? i just need a general idea of the damage from a 1h sword

Yes it would suck. If u are going to pwfarm make a wiz/bard to 64~ or xbow/bard... take moving and noise from bard only and most important skills from fire/cold for wizard and for xbow.

Definitely in PvP

PvE it might be okay

Don't go just 1h
Grinding will go sooo slow and it's dmg is so low it would take ages to plvl someone.
In pvp, 1h will only kill something if you have warlock as sub.

i saw some vids of 1h sword its not as bad as you make it out to seem lol, it doesnt hit once it huts multiple times so.. and it has dull and knockback its pretty similiar to chinese blader, just not a popular build lol but its good


edit. i like to be different btw, i dont like to follow the crowd because its the best thing, i know 1h isnt the best thing out there but neither is 2h

1hand is slow at grinding compared to 2hand, but the extra defence makes up for it so you can venture out to phys. monsters 4-6 lvls higher than yourself to make up for the slow grinding.
best way would be to play as a party tank to make use of the great tankability

1h alone is not good trust me. Its only good as a sub when playing war/lock so you can switch from your 2h and deal a good amount of dmg quickly.

Actually a warrior/warlock wouldn't even need any other wep skills than 1h ones. Debuffing helps you know.

OnT: You can grind with 1h pretty neatly, but it will be slow. Will be faster after you get both 4 combos.

yea i know it will be slow but im gonna get 1h warrior skills and passives, frenzy buster book, and then i'll farm for cleric later on
