SP FARMING NEED HELP!!!

right now im farming a new char and did not distribute stats points yet.. honestly, i really do not know what to do in farming.. i have a lvl 64 nuker not farmed so that's why im making new char that is rich in SP.. but i don't know how to farm honestly..
im farming this char in ong and it is lvl 16 already. .any suggestions on how to make this as a fully farmed char? should i open masteries and what masteries to open?until what level?and what level should i level down my char? until what level to level down?.
i hope i made myself clear.please give me some tips and suggestions..

Dont get any mastery's at all. You can get, but then take them only to lvl 10.
I wouldn't suggest that, maybe you change builds later.
Just get in taxi's at ongs until you reach lvl 27 (keep 9 gap all the way), De-lvl to lvl 19 and again up to 27. Repeat this until you are FF .=]
