Anyone notice this about cold nukes?

Why is it that the first and third ice nuke are soo effing weak? It's not even funny how under-powered they are. The double-shot lvl 70 does less base dmg than lvl 1 fire nuke, flame wave arrow at lvl 30. WTF o_O

Snow Storm Double Shot (lvl 70) = 121-181 (250%)
Flame Wave Arrow (lvl 30) = 123-205 (250%)

I know they made it weaker since ice use to be overpowered when pills couldn't be auto-used, but ughh.

I've seen what is "claimed" to be the last ice nuke where you make this giant ice field erupt from the ground. Anyone think that will actually deal some dmg this time or it's gonna be about as weak as the 2nd book of fire nukes? I'm really disappointed in this. I know ice is more for def, but it love the way it sounds and the blue splashing noise is really kool. Ice nuke rains also looks pretty sick, but I dunno why it's so weak. >_<. Kinda frustrating... just thought i put it out there, see if anyone else is annoyed with ice nukes.

Yea double shot is pretty weak. The ice rain ones are actually not tht weak tho. They aren't worth getting, but u can always pk2 to get the ice nuke sounds and stuff on a different nuke if it means a lot to u.

double shots first lvl is weaker than ice shots 9th lvl,
thats a 6 lvl mastery difference too.

the only thing that is double for double shot is the animation
and the freezing/frostbite rate is 10% higher, thats all

Those ones a decent but the single target cold nukes are a joke.
