vampire touch vs vampire kiss
in a 1v1 battle, which one is better to use? i am not really sure which one cast faster, but i know vamp touch has a really faster cool down (but it seem like it has a longer cast time, but not sure) so what do you guys think?
Tips:
1.Don't underestimate Ice Wall and Fire Wall series.
2.Every build has at least one weak point, observe it and counter it.
3.Your build has at least one weak point, recognize it and minimize it.

I think it's better to use touch for disease, and kiss for an emergency heal. I'm hardly an experienced warlock tho.
