Force isn't really a good choice IMO. You won't get much advantage in PvE, and in PvP Euro's have Holy word, and chinese will have Holy Word too in group wars.

An around 5:1 or 4:1 hybrid would be better, IMO. And your build should be either 100 pach/force, 60 light (hybrid benefits more from mag. attack buff), and 40 cold (can use higher snow shield); or you can take away 11 mastery from light and/or cold, and put it in fire for the fire shield, and thus immunity.

Force is useless since the Euro Patch =O
But not really. It works like Groupal Noise or healing issues.
Edit: well, thats was my state against euro with Cleric as a main or sub.
But agains chinese, i think it works.
I'd say Str.

as soon as you debuff, you wont have much to worry about damage.
might as well stay pure str.
force might become worth it if they add an imbue
