i want to make hybird spear

Yes, it's pretty good.

The amount of str you add into your build will directly influence the amount of damage you do, meaning it'll be lower then a pure int spear. And the amount of hp you have, meaning you'll be able to tank more.

So the amount of str you put into your hybrid spear is entirely up to you. If you want more damage stick with something like a 1:7 int hybrid. If you want to be able to survive more go with a 1:5-1:2 build.
