69:70 Hybrid Spear Questions?

[1sT Question]: Right now my mastery's are 85spear 85fire 80cold and 50light(yes i have some delvlin to do) but my final build is going to be 100spear/fire 60cold/40light but i wanna know is there any better builds then this or is this the best build all-around.
[2nd Question]: Right Now i have one nuke (WIDE) and the flying dragon series but i wanna know should i just delvl my flyin dragon and just get another fire nuke or should i just stay with flyin dragon cuz the skill at lvl98

question 1: NO BEST BUILD 
, only different advantages.and disadvantages
there are possibilities
your build
100 weapon/light/ice (prot/garment)
100 weapon/fire 80 light 20 ice (ARMOR)
100 weapon/fire x light y cold (x+y=100)(prot/armor)
or
100 weapon/fire/ice question 2: nuke: pur int damage, flying spear: mag. and phys damage(with imbue)
nuke would hit pure str hardest, flying spear would hit pure int hardest
nuke deals a bit higher damage but flying dragon can crit

100Heuksal / 100 Fire / 54 Light (15% mag increase) / 46 ice (still good snowshield) and wear prots. Have fun with the build, it's a nice one

That looks like a good "all around" build to me, I'd stick with it or try 70/30, although you'd lose phantom.

Being that your 69:70 take flying dragon over a nuke if your only choosing one, the 98 skill is 180% x 2 = 360% skill. Personally because I like skill variation I would continue flying dragon and get another nuke, worth the extra sp imo.
