Ok so im making a Archer. Shes currently level 30. I thought since im using bow to use ice as my imbune, just the thought of slowing them down would be beautiful. Anyways idk what should I do lighting or fire? I bower really good? Can anyone provide details if its good or not? PROS-CONS

You want to take the cold imbue, so max out your cold, and then I'd max out fire if I were you. Do 100 pach/100 cold/100 fire. People might tell you to take fire imbue also, but if your going pure str don't bother, you won't see a large enough difference.

Pros: Max phys def and mag def, frostbite+freeze for non-immune players.
Cons: No speed/phantom, maxing fire+cold=lots of sp.

You would be an amazing pvp player with that build.

Speed is really helpful while grinding/pvping.

But you can make due without it through the use of speed pots which you can buy at an NPC. Although they are crazy expensive.

Lightning was important for Archer builds before they got the update to skills (when they added europe and chinese skills update back at 80 cap).

Before then, the only thing the build had was distance to pot back up...

Nowadays, with back-to-back knockbacks, you really don't need lightning (being a str build) unless you're trying to catch someone (though ppl with bard can help with that, or just buying speed pots).

Like it was said, probably best to go 100 Pach, Fire, Cold...best phy / mag defense from buffs...

though, I'd suggest just getting fire imbue. Cold can be good for PvE, though normally you can kill mobs before they reach you with an even stronger imbue.

o.O never thought about that last part =) thats true. i hope its not to late for me my Bow is at level 27 my ice is at 25 and my light is at 25 so ice 100 bow 100 and fire 100?
