Ok, so I havent been playing silkroad for a while (so many botters and such), but I am wanting to play. My last char was a 75 nuker that got hacked, and I've never played the euro classes. I want to know what a good server (english speakers, good economy, fun, less botters?) to play in and what class I should have. Yes I have read the character and skill guides, but I can't make my mind up.

My top 3 choices:
cleric/bard
nuker
glavie

Choose Venus as your server, Less bots and most Legits.

About Classes:

Cleric/bard: Best supporter class, When you are Cleric/bard everyone wan't you to their Party

Nuker: Well you have been nuker so I think you know much about it, but I like Cold/lightning Nuker.

Glavie: Pure Str Glavie? Well it has better dmg than pure Str Blader, but no as defensive as Blader, Because you have no shield. When (If) you are pure Str You must Have Fire. Heuksal/Fire/????.

I have not decided my server yet. But thanks for the suggestion of Venus, I will definately look into that.

Nuker (what kind though? o.o)

nuker either sword/shield or spear

biechon/light/ice or bicheon/ice/fire same goes for spear they are the most common nuker build anyway

Depends on what way you are going on Venus. IF you are going to be a legit, play INT bard/cleric because most of the legits are European characters. IF you are going to be a botter, go INT s/s nuker because most of the bots are Chinese characters and you wouldn't be able to party.

kirk not all chin users are botters ^_^ but yeah most botters are s/s nukers if i was you i would go bard cleric read a guide and you will be well away it kinda suxs at low levels but untill you hit 20+ there will be many partys wanting you Good luck

I don't know about what server, i only know a couple legits that play pacific lol.

but with you class, i'd say
Wiz if you liked the damage you did on you nuker
and glavies are powerful but their skills get old fast so :/

maybe think of some of the pure str euro char's i randomly made a 2h warrior and grinded it for a week and was having some fun lol

the defensive barrier wont hold guys, you will have to fortify it

though rare, we have a couple legits that are chinese on venus. Most of them kick ass too, especially the one's ive played with

2 If you really wanna play at venus legit, make an europe
3 But first get a wiz/cleric to lv 64 and then powerfarm yourself , this saves so much time
4 I feel like the legit community in general is getting less cause of the stupid sp requirements and you will notice a real drop in activity at venus verry soon.
5 When you go to another server make a int nuker, but make a wiz first to pfarm yourself.

I took a break for my exams and I think im gonna play another game cause end game play in sro just sxcks, atleast for me. I noticed after I tryed some other MMO's, way less grinding to get to the cap but at the cap it takes a bit longer to get geared and there are way more features.

Yes you pay monthly for WoW and it looks shitty, but keep in mind you pay alot for sro to when you want to be competive and sro has only looks.

Locke/Cleric - IMO the most fun build in this game... see some guides! This build start the real fun after lvl44.

1-handed warrior/Locke - PvP monster.

If you find parties easily, leveling with a bard/cleric isn't bad. But if you solo, its quite hell (soloing w/ bard isn't so bad though).

I'd say level a wiz/bard to 64, then pfarm a new char at ongs, much easier than gapping and trying to keep up with ur party mates.
