Blood Chain or Billow chain???

Hi im a lvl 29 pure strength fire blader, and I'm only going to use 1 skill book.
So all u expert Bladers out there, which one is better? Blood or Billow?

So as i understand it if you use Billow Chain the Blood Chain wont be effected by cooldown time or what? Like can you just do Billow Chain > StrikeSmash > Blood Chain in succession or what?

The time it takes to execute billow chain after using blood chain is almost enough for blood to cooldown by the time billow is done. Adding the smashing series in here solves that problem
4-hit->5-hit->smashing series and repeat

I like billow more but most people get both for the hell of it

Most people get both because killing a mob in two chains is the most effective way to PVE and level.

Oh sry i didnt know cause i only had one chain to use before i switched to glaive

k thanks, so as i understand it, to mob i do blood chaim followed by billow chain and mob go bye bye?(little bit of Buu there) thats gonna totally change my mobbing techniques(b4 i used to use knockback followed by stab if the monster fell or knockback followed by chain if it didnt work)

both , and persoanly i think blood is a lil better in pvp than billow for a str char , but thats just my opinion , usualy thay arent shared with the larger body of the comunity

Its so stupid take only 1 ?????????? It make no sense at all.
Take both and use them in combo its 9 hits,kill every White mob your fight.

Im using both--the reason i wanted to take only 1 was becuz i wanted to save SP
