I was wondering which is better for a s/s pure int.
100 ice, 100 light, 100 fire
or
100 ice, 100 light, 100 force

i was thinking of doing force because they can put division, lower defense, and put impotent.
but then i was thinking why not get fire instead of force for huge damage also. if i get force,
anyone with holy spell can be immune to the force tree. so now...i guess im leaning towards
100 ice, 100 light, 100 force

so any inputs would be nice.

The fire one definitely wouldn't be as good at 1vs1 pvping as the force user, but if your enemy has holy spell on, you'd be pretty much doomed, while the fire user would still have chances.

The fire build would deal more damage in general, the force build would deal more damage only when it successfully debuffs it's enemies.

Fire offers basically fire wall, the magical defense, immunity, the strongest imbue and a wide variety of very strong nukes to choose from.

Force offers basically the ability to debuff opponents (not so effective if compared to euro), the ability to use healing (rather weak if compared to euro), to cure statuses, to resurrect (rather ineffective if compared to euro) and the natural therapy skills. So, if your team has euros, the only thing you'll need to do is nuke, and you won't nuke as efficiently as the fire build.

I guess it'd come down to this question: you prefer 1vs1 pvping or group pvping? If you prefer 1vs1 pvping, you could go for the force build, just avoid people with holy spell. If you prefer group pvping, go with the fire build. Both are somewhat good at both.

Man that is the dilemma im in. I want to be good at both 1v1 and group.

I was watching a video of a force nuker and omg they do so much damage 1v1
but the thing was, they never showed them pvping w/ a euro lol

I vote for the fire build. I've always viewed force as pointless compared to any other mastery tree. Dunno why but I do

+ There's a crap load of people out there who having HS/who will cast HS on someone if their getting their butt kicked. It's to likely that this will happen and thus screw up your ability to debuff people.

Once again. I say go fire for the loads of nukes, sexy imbue, immunity, invis/stealth detect *haha raphaell666 forgot about it <3*,Mag def buff and fire wall.

Edit: Either that build or 100bich, 100 ice, 100 fire. The only major downside is that you lose the speed buff + phantom.

I, mainly for group pvping and holy spell reasons, would prefer the fire build like Tasdik.

And yes, 100weapon/100fire/100cold build is another option:

i can't survive w/o speed walk or w/o zoom.
i'll just spam my scroll button all the time thinking im going to
zoom away. but yea thx for the inputs, im going 100 bich, 100 light, 100 ice

Shouldn't be too reliant on ghost walk. It won't make u too popular if ur ghost walking away all the time.

Nothing wrong with liking grasswalk. Nothing wrong with walking away.

Nothing wrong with it but a lot of ppl don't like it. Like how ppl go "noob can't survive without bless"

fire/light/cold is a beast this cap... Very huge dmg if you are full int and great surviveability with snow and buffs.

Unless you reeeeally love nukes your eventually gonna get bored of just nukes imo. You need weapon skills to keep you interested in leveling, for me at least. I get fairly bored leveling with my wizard for that reason, but I love it in pvp/job/fw. I would recommend 7:1 or 6:1 spear nuker 100 heuk 100 light 100 cold, build does some serious damage and has good survivability.

I was debating this yesterday and this definately seems to have great survivability and versatility. Nuke away at pure str and knock em down if they get you low, use the bich attacks to kill any other pure int, nevermind the fact you get the sweet chain as well. I like this build because it isn't to squishy and you can combine ranged with mele. You only have one main nuke (I'm only going yo bring ice to 80), but you also get the 2 ranged bich attacks and of course lion shouts.

Huh , so when I say that in a pvp and it convinces my enemy to not use bless I am an idiot? Geesh im glad to be an idiot .

that will annoy people alot and then nobody wants to pvp with you anymore

you won't get a prob buying speed drugs when u are at max level, when u are grinding you don't need speed as long as u find a good spot or in a autoshare party.

i personally like this build fire is a lot better that lightning even if you are pure int.
