as a pure str blader should i get the smashing series, the first line. Also, for the hidden blade series, the knockdown line, should i get that whole row or should i just stick with the first and third book which only knocks down one opponent. Or do i get the same recharge time with the 2nd and 4th book, which are the ones who knockdown a possible 3 opponents in a front range radius. Or could i use them all without it effecting the other skills on that line????

Re: Smashing series.... get the books, the ones that give bleed at the end seem to work at a higher rate then the chains, so at least if the chain debuffs dont kick in you will have bleed from it.

And with the knockdowns, they all share the same recharge time, but you should take them anyway. They help pretty well when you get ganged in pvp especially.

here is how I have my skills arranged (I forgot the name of the last book on the smashing series tho, lol):

Imbue-last book on smashing series- last chain attack- next to last chain attack- 1 target KD- stab- stab- 3 target KD.....

I just cycle the KDs until I land one after I get a few debuffs on, then stab.. rinse and repeat till someone dies.. lol

Blader eh? IMO, take ALL the skills except the 2nd and 4th book of the shield thingy. All the skills are very, very usefull. ^^

Yes. It may be specially useful in some situations such as when you are fighting a magical mob or player, as reducing your physical defense won't (significantly, if it's a player) increase the amount of damage you receive, but still increasing your damage.

ah i did not think of that. thx for the help guys.

I haven't found much use for it tho probably cos i don't have it maxed. It could be useful vsing magic, tho so far it hasn't helped me much at all.
