Hmm parry ratio...

Ever noticed when you attack something, you sometimes hit with different values? For example one time you hit 230 on something, the other time while doing the same attack it´s 241.
Well if you have a high parry ratio, you increase the chance to get hit lower. For example if someone attacks you, you have a higher chance to get that "for example" 230 damage on you instead of 241.

Attack rating is almost the opposite, it increases the chance to deal high damage. In the example I gave you hitted 241 instead of 230 damage. If you have a high attack ratio, you increase the chance of doing higher damages.

If that didn´t clarified it I´ll give one last example :P..
- Someone hits you with damages going from 1000 to 1200, each time with the same skill. If you have a high parry ratio, you have a higher chance of getting more hits near the 1000. If your opponent has a high attack rating, he will have a higher chance of doing more hits near 1200. In other words if you have a high parry ratio, and your opponent has a high attack rating the damage will be balanced.
