Questions About Force and Parry Rates

I'm not sure but it seems to me that when I use vital spot - muscle that I hit criticals more often then when I don't. My crit rate on my blade is like 3 and sometimes after using muscle i may be 3-4 crits out of a 5 hit chain. Now I know that parry rates = increase damage but what about criticals? I can't really come up with another explanation as to why I'm hitting criticals more often after using it.

never experienced that, just found that my damage was about 10% higher for 10 seconds

I sincerely doubt that's true. My explanation is: you got lucky while vital spot muscle lasted, so you felt like you were crit'ng more often. Don't forget that crit is chance based, so it may vary a lot.

That's not quite true. Actually it's like this: The higher your target's parry ratio is, the less likely you are to hit near to your maximum damage on it. For instance, let's say your damage is 0-100. The higher
your target's parry ratio is, the less likely you are to hit near 100. On the other hand, the higher
your hit ratio is, the more likely you are to hit near 100.

Basically, you hit higher...everything else is just an explanation of why you hit higher lol.

Haha, no.

Actually, the higher the parry ratio is, the
lower you'll hit. But I know it was probably a mistake you did while writing.
