[REQUEST] HYBRID INT BOW FOR 100 CAP

i just cant find any hyb int bow guide for lv 100 T.T

and i have 1 question ... if i put all stat to str til lv 20 and after all for
int does this build will be good oO ?

balance: 60% phys 80% mag

thats about a 1:5 int build,
very good as a ice light bow 100 build

why?
pros:
good defence
fast
snow shield can be maxed, so almost invincible for 2 minutes
cold can freeze unimmune opponents
high base damage-->less arrow usage
nukes are very effective too--> even less arrow usage

contras:
lower crit damage(not so important)
without snow sield you are as good as dead in pvp
relatively low life

making one myself, but there are other options
