What kind of Bow build I should take for 100 Cap? Skills please and is it good in PvE? PvP? jobbing?

for bow:

depends on what you prefer,
just look for what you prefer on this scale
Hybrid is just a mix, and the mix depends on wether you like the str or int perks more



Full Str:

High Crit, Low base damage, uses alot of arrows
not nuke compatible, bad taxier,
moderate grinder,
good for pvp and jobbing
alot of life, high phys defence low mag. defence

Low crit, high base damage, uses few arrows
nuke compatible, good taxier,
fast grinder(maybe faster than nuker)
not good for pvp, mostly support for jobbing
not much life, low phys defence, high mag defence



and Xbow: full str lol,
dont go hyb or you will be missing hp
euros are meant to be pure, you wont see any advantage other than that you have more mp

Xbow (with Cleric sub) > Chinese bow

IMHO!

well, whatever he prefers,

xbow sure is a good build damage dealing build,
but the chinese bower counterpart is more sturdy

Hybrrid STR not INT

Pan_Raider(`_´) is correct once again. The best options among those to your case would probably be Pure STR or Hybrid STR. Pure INT Bow is the best one at PvE by the way.

Rogue (crossbow) is different, it deals a lot of damage but is sort of fragile. It's a good build for pretty much anything, but you somewhat need to know how to play it in order to survive. Nevertheless, as already said, you should go Pure STR, as there's no point at all in going hybrid with rogue.
