Light is very highly recommended. Bow are not supposed to stay and fight, bows are meant to be semi damage dealer at a long range and supporter ( for example, KB the fully buffed guys holding suns ).

ok im think ima delvl my fire and go with 100/cold/100light but should i go with cold or light lmbue or maybe 100light/80cold/20fire and wat percent snow shield should i have maybe 50% or 45% and garment or protector??

Go with 100lightning/100cold, I doubt 100light/80cold/20fire is a good idea. You could take both imbues if possible, if not you should prioritize cold, because it's better for grinding, and once you get to high levels, have both imbues maxed. It's what I'd do. As a 70:70 bow.... I'd say ~40% snow shield should do good in garment, but I really am not sure. Garment.

100Light/80Cold/20Fire isn't a terrible idea but i prefer 99Light/90Cold/11Fire. For me, i think immunity is pretty important but i guess u dont need it. I think it's okay for hybrids becuz they don't need 100 cold to survive, so i think it's worth getting the immunity especially becuz i can imagine there will be more ppl with cold imbue this cap then ever b4 lol.

wouldnt cold imbue be better in pvp with the arrow combo's it haves a chance to stop attack with the cold or the knockback from the combo skill

Cold imbue is alot more useful this cap becuz a lot of nukers are dropping fire, ice combo would piss them off so much.
