1:8 Spear Nuker

I just hit level 64 and man I die so easily in PvP. This build will be 1:9 in 100 cap if I keep adding int only. I'm thinking about going 1:7 hybrid. Is this a good idea and how many levels of str do I need to put in order to become 1:7.

If you accept trading some damage for extra survivability, then I see no problem at all in going with 1:7. If you prefer more damage, then you should keep 10 lvls of STR (!:9 at 100 cap).
Actually, I just checked it, and the difference from 1:9 to 1:7 is 8 points in STR (1:7 at 100 cap = 38 STR points; 1:9 at 100cap = 30 str points). You can choose whatever you prefer, the difference will be very little. 1:9 is easier to build anyways, simply add 10 lvls of STR and your done. Maybe anyways you could try going with 45 STR points (15lvls of STR) for some more extra HP as you are a spear user anyways and your damage is already high, but that's completely up to you. Neither one's better, it just depends on what you prefer.
