Need help with str/ice/bow

I'm sort of new to the game, so I'm not too sure what skills to put my points on in the Ice section. I already know how to set my bow skills, and I know to get grasswalk. Setting up Ice though...I just don't know what to get
, I don't have a plan, I just know to get the imbue skill and I'm not to sure what to max.

Just my opinion: dont take ice, today there are alchemy and you can easily get 80% ice reduce to your equip. And then your ice are almost pointless, if you change ice to fire you get 20% more dmg.

The first skill (imbue attack), the defense buff, frost nova wind (max all 3 books and fire them off 1 after 1 and its a kickass skill), and the passive.
But yes ice isn't good for pvp, fire is better

I would suggest reading a little of the stickies like the hellsharpt's str/fire bow. There are really nice tips about building your archer. And yes ice is not very good as it gives you less damage than fire.
