Simple Glaiver question =)

Hi SRF,
I have started sro for around 3 weeks now, I have understand most of the game concepts and class formations.
I recently started a pure str glaiver which I have decided to farm with at lvl 16. I was wondering if Light Imbue would be better for it under the original and common fire imbue. Please reply with your opinion, as I am open to all.
Thank you for your time

so your saying you are gonna farm at 16 in the bandit den? if so then light imbue would be somewhat helpful, spread your dmg around, its good for grinding. then delvl your bow skills(if your gonna use it to farm) then use glavie afterwards
hope it helps.

Thank for such a fast reply
Yes I am going to farm at 16, but is bow really required? Every sp farm tells me to do so. Would it be possible to just use glaive with light imbue (splash)?

bow is just faster and more cost-efficient.
using only mp pots is very conservative.

Thnx reply also.
But taking into account that glaive deals more damage=less time required to kill?
And would the cost of pots=cost of arrow? Or arrow<pots

but with bow's range, you never have to move = less time spent farming.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't bandits aggressive?

sure are, well, with bow you dont have to run after them, just stand and kill
with glavie/spear, you have to run into attack range but kill them quicker

bandit archers are, but they are far range attackers. so you still have to move next to them to attack.
and with a good bow, you can 1 hit them.

Though so but, I can't really get a good bow from scratch. So does this mean that I shouldn't sp farm? And just gap lvl?

Decided to change weapons to bow, as it can be used for sp farming. Thank for all answers, this thread can now be closed

if you had sun lvl 16 bow you might be able to oneshot chakjis, then you would be farming faster.
