Rogue or S/S Nuker at 100 cap

I'm quite confused, I don't know which build to choose,bicheon and fire get some pretty good skills at the new cap so I want to ask a few questions.
-which one will actually do better in pvp and jobwars?
-which one will do more damage??

in pvp..i think the nuker , rogue isnt meant for pvp ... 1 hitting ur enemy with Prick [ dagger skill that u gain at lv 40 ] isnt pvp...on jobbing , war its pretty good...so
pvp - nuker
jobbing,war - both are good,but rogue its better

I have a rogue and a s/s nuker (well, making one at least) so this is definitely a question I can answer.
Rogues can be decent in PVP, as long as they have a cleric sub. To be really efficient though, having both weapons is recommended. Although, I used crossbow and I was pretty decent in PVP without daggers. The pot delay is a major con for Rogues, but you will make up for that with your range and crits. It is a decent build for PVP, but as long as you know how to use your build, you will be good. In FW, with a cleric sub, you will be very handy. You'll have the range to snipe down enemies, and you will be able to give bless and res your team when needed.
Nukers are an all-around good build. It's a very good build for PVP, especially if you have the bicheon tree. For jobbing and the FW, they would not be as good as rogues, mainly because rogues have stealth, mask, etc. In the end, it comes down to preference. Both are good, solid builds if you know how to use them.
