elements....

um yo what is an element do(water, fire,etc.) and what is the sos,som, how do i get them.
...youre a 24 and you dont know what a sos is?
seal items can only be gotten from drops. theres no alchemy or anything for sos. elements are used to combine with tablets to make stones for alchemy.
