At the 100 cap. Either lvl 97-98.

The 2nd last fire nuke is pretty cool, i honestly don't like the last one too much. And yes, the imbue is nothing special.

the new fire nuke at lv98 looks like flame wave wide except it looks like much bigger Fire ball falling from the sky.

w8 im gessing its the healing force tree that gets the imbue, if it does does it hve any special effects like ice has freeze/frostbite...if any1 knows plz tell

So far no force tree imbue, not in the pk2 files which go up to 120cap. I wouldn't count on it.
