Question about skills, please read ^_^.

Well, i'm a STR bow cold...with pacheon/cold as main and lightning secondary only for the speed walks and stuff...

Few Questions:

1) Is it good leveling lightning aswell? As i wear garment so i will have a huge speed boost. Also, should I get all 3 books or?
2)Should i level the lightnings passive heavens force aswell? (it increase parry ratio).
3)I hate seeing people dead on the floor without anyone ressing them, should i just put enough points in Force for REBIRTH so i can revive them? Or is this a bad idea?

lvl lightning for the speed buffs only, and since you're at it, why not learn the passives too.

regarding the rebirth skill, it's basically up 2 u.

I didnt relize this when I first started playing, but you can only res to level 27 if you take only the first book...So you will still see people on the floor that you cant help.
