90 90 90 20 10? (and hawk question)

Is that a good archer build? 90 pach 90 fire 90 force 20 ice 10 light... 20 ice is enough for snow shield, and that phy. def passive doesn't do much because It's not like the fire passive which adds %.. It just adds like 9 phy defence, which is useless at high lvls. But, with 10 light, you can have the 3% magical attack increase (I am talking about hybrid bow's ofcourse)... What do you think? Epic phail?
EDIT: Also, I've got another question... Why do bowman's get the white hawk rather than the black hawk? I checked on konpaku, and at 120 cap the black will turn into phoenix which adds 41 AR and 4k physical attack power, unlike the white hawk at 120 cap which adds just 40 AR. What do you think? Does the white hawk actually help more than the black 1?

nothing wrong with it just go either 30 cold or 30 light not 20 10

Well, most people go 30 ice for the snow shield, which I find helpful, but not needed lvl 4... A lvl 1 snow shield will do, because I'm a 8:1 archer, and the 3% magical increase will really help my damage..

Seriously? Don't do that... You will be screwed over for the 100 cap... You wont be able to get 100 pacheon nor 100 fire... Don't do that.. My Build will be 90 Pach / 90 Fire / 72 Light / 28 Cold Which leaves me 20 Masteries for 100 Pach and 100 Fire

when the 100 cap comes he can just delevel his skills to like 100 bow 100 fire 100 force no more 20cold 10light
