It looks pretty good. With Impotent you'll tank without snow for sure. Just remember not to level up snow all the way. A 70/70 build can survive with ~30-40% snow. Once you have Division on them, I think it's pretty much over. Euros might slaughter you though. Well at least those with Cleric sub class.

70:70 bow? Looks like fail to me tbh

70:70 bow is a definite failure. with snow shield on, you won't have any chance to lauch attacks, if I keep attacking you constantly. Even if you cast division on me --> one pill and it's removed. And as soon as your snow shield goes off, you die. Bam!

VERY wrong. My friend had a 70:70 bow. This was back in 80 cap though. He fought against my other friend who was 80. The 70:70 bower was 74. Guess who won? The 74 bower.

i believe someone in my server has this build and he has a Seal of Sun bow 76+7 and he still can't kill most players. lol hes kinda weak i wouldn't advise you this build simply for the fact it doesn't have light or fire kidna need 1 of the 2 because of the 18% damage increase they give you

70/70 bow is a good char thougt but i wouldn't go force i would go 90 fire 60 cold 60 light and 90 pach =]
because you'll get the stronger fire imbue the 18% damage 9% passive and 9% buff and the light will give you a other 15% i believe and the cold will give you a decent snowshield wich you should be able to subtain
