The Best sub for bard =P ?

HI ^^ how are you fellows players ? well i create this topic because i rly dont know the best sub for my bard :S im gonna create it today but i dont know the bestu sub wiz or cleric :S

Can you guys give me the pors and cons fo wich sub and tell me wat you guys thigh best pls =P ?

Yah i already had saw the topic but i wanna know the best class and that guide just explain wiz adn i know the your opinions and ocns and pros of celric and wiz (and if you want the skills i put XD )

hmm I'm warrior/cleric and this build saved me a lot
recovery division from cleric is like hp pots, and the bless is "omg" in pvp
wizz/bard is good in fast leveling but cleric/bard doesn't die that often
I don't know the wizz skills

Bard/Cleric or Bard/Warlock. Seriously you don't need wizard (only in share pt's if there is lack of wizards but that never happens since there are so many wizz's) I'd recommend Bard/Cleric since you allmost don't use pots. And a good buffer.

If you love bard on itself, I suggest you to take cleric as sub. You'll be able to survive longer with it. And still use bard.

cleric only till 40 for you is enough (at least for 10-20 lvls)
since recov. division is great for any int build

If you want to play a bard as your main, take cleric as sub class. It's a supporting class that will increase your chances to kill mobs. In PVP you can switch to cleric for the offering.

And every party loves a full int cleric/bard, it's the best supporting build in game. The whole server will know you as that "cleric/bard" and will welcome you in their parties.

There are no best sub. It's all about how u want to play ur char.

Bard wiz = It's like having 2 chars. 1 support, 1 dmg dealer. Will increase ur chance to get in a pt. Great at soloing, with noise and speed especially when u can 1 shot the mob.

Bard lock = Almost the same, different play style.

Bard cleric = Full support. Either u'll be full bard or full cleric in pt or solo with bard as main + recovery division + bless. It will not be as fast as wiz bard for solo play.

bard/lock is pretty decent for pvp. bard/cleric is the slowest grinder

im a lv 41 bard/cleric in eos. you can enjoy your build if you play in a party. you can pwn in pvp but if you solo ZzZzZzzZ or use temptation if youre bored( pt genarel vs general)[pt owns]. so im trying to find always pt's. but thats not easy always.

Cleric. If you want to use some other class than cleric I would say that you have to make x-class/bard. Cos all other classes expect bard and cleric are used as a prim class.(Okey warloc is also used as subclass but bard/loc WTF?)

debuffs/ stun only out of lock then bard nukes? though it could kill decently you'd have little defense and if you fail the first stun you're likely to die fighting like that, idk just trying to place lock as the sub for bard

Subclasses I'd suggest for a bard:

1. Bard/Cleric
   The ultimate party helper (excellent at partying), good at solo grinding (almost does not uses pots), not so good at 1vs1 pvp, but then very good/useful at group pvping.
   
2. Bard/Warlock
   More for 1vs1 pvping, warlock is excellent at it. If you take both classes full, this will be excellent at solo grinding, as well as being good at group pvping and party grinding. For 1vs1 pvping maybe dot and debuff then switch to fast casting bard nukes (maybe buff yourself with tambour for more defense). If it's against a euro wizard, 1 of your fast casting nukes and he'll probably be dead. There are some ways of using this build at pvping to be honest.
   
3. Bard/Wizard
   Wizard will be only a damage dealing sub, bard by itself is good at partying, wizard will be mostly used for grinding and maybe jobbing in some situations. This will not be as good as the bard/warlock at neither 1vs1 nor grinding as far as I know. I don't like the idea of this build too much.

when you see your damage going sky high... your bard build will be your sub...

a SUB is something to support your main build... and there´s no wizard skill that support any other class. But others can support a Wiz.

People say "put wizard to do damage" ... or "put cleric to support parties" .... is very easy to talk.. and hard to farm 1 million SP to have full tree (or just most of then) of skills.

Well... for this topic I say... put Lock sub... only get debuffs, vampire´s and trap/sleep and stun.
Not only for PVP, but for killing giant´s and parties more easily or kill higher lvl mobs.

Cleric is good also, but would slow down a lot your grinding... even if you get only few skills to support yourself.

But wizard... i totally disagree with that guide...

I have seen full str warrior/wiz, and he/she does not suck too bad.

Imagine a 2H who could disable an opponent for 10 sec with fear, a warrior who could teleport like a chia grasswalk ( ), root another char in 1 place, knockback, etc...

Not a super build, but definitely fun ( when someone see you with staff, 70% think they could 1 hit you, which proves them wrong. ).



On the topic starter, i would go for cleric if you realllly want to use bard as main. Bard/Lock is also decent as you can debuff and dish out massive damage. Bard/Wiz will always face the temptation of Wiz/bard.

There's a different in having a sub with some skills or having a sub with max skills (just like a main char). Like i said before, having bard + wiz is like having 2 chars. U play both. Switching when needed is the key.

I would go for Bard/Wizzard if u can get high lvl. (Powerlvld or convince some friends to party alot)

Why?-> After 80 bard owns in PvP/PvE because of his fast nukes+status effect.(type Battle Bard in YouTube) and u can support in pty with Wizzard,U will be a living ManaFactory (C) and teleporting around with überfast nukes makes u invincible, switch to wizzard occasionaly to mess around with AoE's.

Yeah Battlebard is really nice...
I act often as a Battlebard and my Party like it.

Wizard is cool too, but its to slow and use to much MP^^.

Wizzard is cool but I am not sure about that "much MP cost" u can keep some AoE's low and still being effective .Example: I am a 65wizz and i have my Snow Storm at lvl 2(400mp) but i still hit 14.5k on the first mob I hit (Ong's) while i hit with Meteor lvl 2(2500mp)22k.See it's still pretty effective for the huge difference of mp. And for the fast part: Wizzards are fast because of Teleport (wich u can also do with a harp equiped)u just need to use it right, it's prob also one of the reasons u would go wizz as second class.
