lol wtf, does it increase block ratio or does it block like a shield? O.O

I've never seen a glaiver/spear blocking, so I dont think most people use it.

I don't think anyone uses it lol.
I doubt that anyone even knows how it works..

I guess it decreases the criticals ur opponent hits on u.

it decreases the magical damages on u ,but u can't attack while using it

its literally worthless, cuz it only has a chance of blocking "pure" mag. atks...like a Chinese nuker only using nukes, or wizard atks.

so:
worthless vs euro str....well both fans are
worthless vs Chinese str
worthless vs Chinese int that use s/s or heuksal skills...other fan will severely weaken nukers atk...regardless if atk by sword/heuksal...main dmg comes from imbue

let me just put it this way WORTHLESS vs ALL builds...I rather decrease the dmg, from wizard/nukers then relying luck to block an atk. even if both fans were NOT link,,,still wouldn't help imo

they are link= share cooldown

I saw someone block a nuke with this buff so it works =p

Actually yes it blocks like a shield.. I use that skill everytime i pvp with a magical attacking char. As far as remember it is activated for 15 seconds and cool down time is one minute.

It has two different types.. one reduces the damage and the one blocks the damage.

But i should mention that it's blocking rate is low but saves your ass well when it blocks.

Think about blocking offering skill of a cleric .. rofl .. it is total ownage !

Some people say this when i block them: "WT.F .. Glavier blocking ?!?!?" ROFL

For a char that already has snow shield it is useful in group fights.

Not true.
You can normaly use every skill you want...

This storms are very usefull agains magical attacks.

So one storm has propability to block 35% (or something like that) of
magical attacks just like shield...

The other one adds around 400 mag.def.

i Pvped againts same lvl bard and always when i put bloody demon he ran to safe zone.
