Passives and Long Duration Buffs

Is there a list of passive buffs and long duration buffs (e.g. grasswalk) out there? I am thinking of levelling up a little cold and maybe fire just for this sort of thing. Is that a poor idea? I love long duration/permanent buffs (passives would be the latter).

the pasive last FOREVER until you remove the passive skill
and well some sites say the seconds duration such as sro.mmosite

tehehe... long buffs = like 7 mins, god i gotta rebuff soo much, i just don't use any buffs anymore besides grasswalk and the piercing force, but later on i'll be using the ice shield buff too, grasswalk is good to get ^^
