If im a lvl 26 Pure INT cani still go 1:5 Hybrid and if so how

ecSRO cap is lvl 90, right? If that's right then everything you need to do to get to 1:5 hybrid int is simply every time you level take off all your equipment and increase your attributes in order to get as close as possible to 85% mag balance naked.
