Servers?

So I'm probably going back to iSro and I'm wondering wich server should I pick, and those are the main things I'm looking for:
-Good Europe/Chinese Party-Action
-Legit Players
-Friendly Community
-Not always crowded [:
So yeah, I'm thinking of a Rogue/Bard, also if you could tell me wich class+sub is on demand on that server, since I like to be usefull 8D, I would be grateful
(The point of this topic is for you to give me some advice on picking a server)

I'd probably would pick one of the newer servers. They usually have a higher % of legit players and aren't too crowded. I don't know much about them because I still play on my old server (and refuse to switch). A rogue/bard is the build I finally decided on sticking with, and I'll have to say it's a very nice choice. Probably any Euro is on demand on the newer servers.
