Maybe i wanna start a new second character, i cant decide of this 4 builds...

First of all, there is not a "Best Pure STR Euro Build at Lv100".
Secondly, you have a pure STR FF at 90 and is going to start another one? Well, I guess it's not my business so whatever.

I'll try to help anyways, but I'll just give the cons and pros of these builds, as there is not one that is "best":

• Warrior/Cleric
  Best tanking build amongst these, very good and useful at group pvp. Very good at 1vs1 pvping. Slow at solo pve. No speed.
  
• Warrior/Warlock
  You already have one FF at 90. If you don't know the cons and pros of this build then kill yourself.
  
• Rogue/Bard
  High speed, has stealth skill, very high damage dealer, very versatile (combines speed and range from crossbow with meele damage from daggers), best at solo pve among these. Not so useful in group pvping though it has party speed buff, and can change to bard and use mana cycle, dances and so on.
  
• Rogue/Cleric
  No speed, has stealth skill, better at solo pve than any warrior build (except maybe warrior/bard), useful and good at group pvping (cleric skills), good at 1vs1 pvping, better tanking than rogue/bard.

All of them are good damage dealers, all of them are good builds, it depends on what you prefer.

Ya there is no best build. Warrior/cleric is best of these builds for pvp imo.

It depends on the situation. Any of these would do good, but warrior/warlock would be way better than warrior/cleric in some situations.

not 100% sure but i hear warriors at 100 cap dont get any "new" skill, just increase the ones they already had
also warrios lack at 100 cap for some reason
just hear this from friends that play ksro
if you want the 100 cap build it will be a bower,blader,glaive

Well he said he wants a euro. You have a warrior/warlock right now. From that I can assume your using primarily one-handed sword skills from warrior, or maybe only one-handed skills from warrior. Maybe try a warrior/cleric 2-handed/dual axe. Those axes are deadly.

stick to the build you like....regardless of what some1 else says, or videos you see on youtube....only YOU can determine how well your build will performe.
