If you want to go force while using bow, then go pure str pacheon/fire/force. I say that because it's more guaranteed to work. I don't truly see a reason for not trying 70:70 pacheon/cold/force though, so I say you can try it if you really want to. Don't forget that force only is really useful when your pvping at the cap or at least above lvl 60.
