An unusual question Chinese class

I am a nuker and for my 30 mastery I was thinking of putting it with pacheon, so then my question is that will Demon Soul Arrow and the White Hawk Summon be in effect when switching weapons?
I am a s/s nuker 90light/90cold/90bich/30pach

white hawk works even when you got u change weapon....demon soul arrow disappear with new updates

Okay so to confirm!!!
I can use white hawk summon with the effect lasting when I switch from bow to s/s?
