Depends what he is wearing, wizard doesnt really 1 shot anyone at cap. If its a glaiver or blader in garms, then no. If its a warrior in heavy armour, im not sure, but I dont think he would get 1 shotted either.

At lower levels, yes.
At cap, no. If the STR character is wearing really good gear with full blues, he won't be able to one hit him.

With or without life control makes a major different.

Also need the detail of the wizard's staff and the full strength's gear.

Hell NO!!! even offering can't 1hit a pure str with good gears. Think about this " If Wizards can 1 hit a pure str at max level, then everyone will start over and create a wizard char. Not even on sun staff with life turn over can 1 hit a pure str with good gears. LOL!!!!

I highly doubt that a strength character with good gear ( something like +5 full blues, no SUNs or things like that ) can tank a maxed pure offering or a meteor from a life turnover wiz with a nice SUN staff.

Can someone put some more light into this please ?

He plays cSro afaik, its possible at their cap, that a sun wiz cant 1 shot a pure str in decent gear.

how did ya know i play in cSRO?
and btw based on what i have seen in 100cap i find rogue/bard with daggers are more killer than wizards. they stab and kill even glavier can't react once they are backstabbed.

Right, so you made a worthless thread with a **** annyoing title just to disagree with several people, some of whom are no doubt glaivers or wizards that their build will be killed or kill 1 shot, when they have told you otherwise..

no they don't...not even on a protector set. (85-89, +5 set)
also atk. rating/parry can affect the outcome as well...wizard dmg is very inconsistent..with meteor sometimes hitting 18-26k dmg with Life T.O....others get hit for 28-30k...cuz of there set.

They can't. But they get 1hited by some classes tho.

Im dagger/cleric.

With daggers out, no DD, my friend with sun staff meteors me leaving me with like 200 hp. Now with devil spirit, I still have a few thousand.

Cleric (Shield, Charity Passives, Phy/mag buffs)

Not even close. Im nuked, healing cycle->recovery->Glut Healing and its done.
