Hi, when is best time to farm as wizard/cleric ?

Well, I suggest you not to solo...
You should get to some point where you know there WILL be Euro parties, get a 9 gap there, and play as Cleric in there (or Wizard).

How.. i just started on this server, so i dont have the money for it.

Depending on how much you play / how much you're devoted, really.

If you dont play very often ( say, 1 hour a day or less ), then find a good party, and play with a gap. Save some money, and pay for power leveling when you're 4x at penon is also another alternative.

If you're soloing, then there are nice places you could farm for yourself:

The level 29-30 centaurs ( good spawn, LOTS of wind 4 ).
Ong level 33-34 ( very good spawn, but solo for a wiz is hard due to a lot of pt monsters ).
Sungsung level 37-38 ( try to find a party here )
Mujigi 49-50 ( party if possbile )
Sonar level 59 ( a very nice place, mag-based monsters, no champ, no giant, passive. Farm a good amount here ).

If you want to farm seriously, then i suggest you play your wizard to around 60, and powerfarm another character at ong. With a good 60 + 4 or 5 staff, your wiz can 1 hit a pt ong, and getting around 5-10k SP an hour is not hard at all ( possbile for around 15k-20k SP an hour if you have x2 and x2 SP and a level 1 in your party ).
