Tonight I finally get to remake my character.

I've been doing some research and decided to Go With Blade as a weapon and train in one of the magic fields.

The way I want to build my character is to be able to balance my character as a melee fighter and magic user, while not being the best at either. Not sure if thats possible. I just want to be a good damage dealer in SilkRoad. (I'm scared that I'll mess up my character again and have to wait seven more days to play again.)

I need any form of help that will help me make a character that I'll enjoy (Damage Dealer). Thank you.

you wouldnt have to wait 7 days...you can make more than one character on a server.

bladers are not big damage dealers. theyre made to be tanks. if you went with sword, you could be a nuker. but they cant take a ton of damage. if you went something like hybrid sword nuker, or something similar, you could take a decent amount of damage while still doing enough in return.

I got Blade and Sword mixed up, they should rename one of them so its not so confusing.

I used the name I wanted for my character when I made my first one, so I had to wait 7 days.

I think I might go for sword/nuker hybrid, although I'm not sure where to place points into and such

get magical balance to about 85%
put points into bicheon, fire, lightning, and ice if you want
bicheon get chains, kd, stab, passive
fire imbue, buffs, passive, nuke
lightning no imbue!, piercing force buff, parry buffs, and nuke, passive
ice no imbue! defense buffs and passive, frost nova, maybe aoe ice nuke second book
put str if you have more than 85% magical balance and put int if yhou have less
you will survive and do lots of dmg.
if you want to do more dmg, feel free to move magical balance up higher to maybe 88 or 90.
