Should I just get 1 snow shield so I only get 20% mp absorption?

People told me that if blader get 30% absorption or more

it cant use a skill at all due to mp loss while using the skill

And for 90 cap again
I know i am doing 90 Bicheon/90 Fire

Can you guys tell me whether I should get more cold or more lightening?
and reasons?
If I get more cold i get more p. def.
but if i get more lightening i get more speed (i am planning to master that speed thingy which gives me 77 percent speed)

I am gonna job and pvp alot more than just grinding.

im a blader and MY personal build is
90-bich/fire
68-ice
52-light

bich and fire are a must
68 ice gets me might guard of ice,frost wall, and snow sheild freeze
52 light gets me grass walk speed
most people say go 60 light/ice
from light 52-60 you get nothing usefull to a blader
wear garm of course

So you got that lvl 40% one?

I thought that blader wont be using higher snow shield dude to massive mp consumtion..

you dont HAVE to use the max snow sheild
use the one that works according to the situation
if its 1 v 1 pvp and you dont need to tank much then use 1st book
if your the tanker of the party use the highest one you have

yeah, 20% ss is pretty good for a blader any more & u'd just b running arnd trying to replenish some mp

why not make

so that the passive for ice will be upgrade to 7 and passive for light still 5,.. . i gues this is much better than 68-52 ice light.

I decided to go 90 Bicheon/ fire of course..and...
72 on Lightening and 48 Cold...
That way I get minimum snow shield and minimum p. def buff (16)
but I can get more speed, more m. attack buff, and more parry ratio (which I heard that doesnt matter to bladers that much >.<)

anyone who goes off and says 'get ice to 70!' or whatever, doesn't know how to play the game. snow shield at 20 is already more then enough.

anybody with a decent gear already has the defense to tank multiple strength without the phy def from the cold mastery. people always talk about how bladers are weak, and its cuz people duno how to play it right. once you get to level 85+ then start talkin about knowin how to play the game.

anotha note, the one build bladers will have the highest problem against is a s/s with a good snow shield defense. wuts the point of gettin a higher defense to tank the strength builds which you can already tank good enough.

saying rogue can 1 shot people, warriors are the king of pvp right now
i think phys def is important ESPECIALY for a tanking build
and i had this char when it was 80 cap doesnt mean i dont know how to play
i own other characters on different servers but quit them

and you already have the best def against s/s, light wont help in any way against them
getting speed wont help you kill a s/s
and a pvp against a blader and s/s basically depends on who gets the knock downs and crits

That's true pretty much only for bladers. Bladers are not weak, they just are the worse damage dealers, but the best tankers. They have, as any other build, strengths and weaknesses. I'm pretty sure that higher cold would help you way more than higher lightning and you cannot deny that. You chose max speed over defense on your char, that's not a problem, it's your personal choice and you'll suffer it's consequences wanting or not. If you choose defense then you'll lack speed and suffer it's consequences.

20% work great on pure str.

light, no doubt.

go bich/fire/cold maxed for ultimate tanking ability. just use snow shield novice if u want to pvp and use snow shield intensify for show off. u dont need light cuz ur a tank build not a killer build speed does not worth it, just buy drugs.

100 Bich - 100 Fire - 52 Light - 48 Ice
Ill try that, or light and ice otherway around.

Bladers surely are for tanking, but we dont like to be slow either.
Im gonna take that upper gap style, im sure of it

unless u plan to just be slow super tank, then ice 90 all the way

other than that, i'd rather be a fast str blader w/ some mag.attk boost from light, parry defence, and not have to buy drugs all the time just to go pvp, job, grind, w/e

also, as a str char, ur threat of being killed in 1-2 moves isn't from another str char, it's from int chars (same w/ int chars threats being from str chars not other int chars)...so as str based, ur phy.def should already be high enough already to not be afraid of another str char

to me, ice only purpose is ocassional use of snow shield to do those crazy rush into battle

warriors can 2 hit
and being str blader with fire at 90/shield/garms
i think you have good defense against ints
its a tanker build
dont try to be the damage dealer
its like a wizard trying to tank

I seriously doubt that. I'm pretty sure It won't be that easy against a full str blader even if he has no ice and using garment. Anyways, I'd prefer high ice over high light.

a lvl 76 rogue critted me 1 hit and i have a protector set and FF
if warrior crits with DD i could die 2 hits ( doesnt have to crit twice)

No, cold is better for 1vs1 pvping, while lighting is better for jobbing and group pvping. Note that this is in general, there may be exceptions.

There are serval types of bladers. Im playing blade since I started and I had more than enough bladers capped, believe me I know what im talking about.

The 'Killer' build.
90 Bicheon 90 Fire 90 Force 20 Ice 10 Bow
- This build deals the most damage, you need to rely on Drugs for speed. Not much of mobility but a walking monster. Kills fastet in PvP. Preferable job - Hunter/Thief

The 'Standard' build.
90 Bicheon 90 Fire 90 Light 30 Ice
- Allrounder. A good weapon and gear makes this blader good. Does good in PvP when the gear is good. Preferable job - Hunter/Thief/trader

The 'Tanker' build.
90 Bicheon 90 Fire 90 Ice 30 Light
- The ultimative tanker. Sucks in moving and chasing the enemy but good in taking damage and waiting for you mates to get the job done. Kills slower than the others, prepare to have a long battle. Anyways killing the opponent with that build shouldnt be your goal anyways. Preferable job - Hunter/Trader

At 100 cap you'd probaly should go, 100 Bicheon, 100 Fire, 80 Light, 20 Ice.
Im trying a Force Blader right now, if I find myself way to restriced without 'Ghost Walk - Phantom', I might change to the allrounder build.
