I know for sure that I will do 90 Bicheon and 90 Fire

But now I am really struggling as to what I should get, Higer cold or Higer lightening

I really prefer speed over the physical defence since that is why I am already a blader

so I was thinking 90 Bicheon / 90 Fire / 72 Ligntening / 48 cold
That way I can master the Grass-Walk Speed and get 1 on Ghost Walk-Shadow
and for Cold I can get up to 1 Power Guard Ice (16 P.Def) and get about 30% snow shield

But I don't know ...any suggestion?

or anyone prefer different skill cap?

I forgot to mention ...now there is this Bicheon Series
Which I am planning to go mastery till end
which will loser my p. def 6x percent to make me stronger.. so.. now I am thinking about mastering Cold >.< becuase that lost p. def has to get covered by some skill right?

The 90 cap build for pure str's is 90 weapon/90 fire/72 ICE/48 LIGHTNING, not the other way around =]

I would take either this or even 90 bich/fire/ice, 30 lit...You're a tanker anyway so you don't need phantom, and for the speed there's always scrolls/pots/bards.

the skill only takes a % of your shields p def but i would still go with higher cold check the guide

best build for blader at 90 would be 90 bich/fire/light, and ice can be 30. a simple low level snow shield is already enough for you to tank multiple strengths. not to mention bladers already have the physical defense skill that lasts 15 seconds too, which can be used once snow shield runs out.

if all you want to do is survive, all you gotta do is play smart, you dont need a high cold mastery to do it.

since you like speed for with light 90
but speed is not important for bladers
bladers are tankers

But higher cold mastery helps a LOT to survive.
