hi is it ok if i do nuker bicheon.cold coz i wanna gap up quikly to 90

bicheon, light would be a bit better but either way the character will suck at cap

wat lvl should i farm for the lower the better 40? 50? 60?

Hmm when did he say that he would never get one or the other? He merely asked what two masteries to lvl with to speed lvl to cap.

Stay at lv 15 and farm for the 110 cap. Get a friend to repair your gear and bring new pots etc so you never have to meet other humans [apart from your friend] again...

Andy, have you ever thought of why people flaming you?
All you do is to ask retarded questions that have already been answered a couple of times, and you will find them if you just use the farking search button, and same with the what build should I take please answeeer blabla, look up the Farking Guides Tutorials and see.

We cant decide which build you should go, we dont know how you like to play, read up some tutorials and try a build out that sounds awesome, if it didnt turn out as expected, try another one. You will hopefully find a build that you enjoy.
