If you want to specialize in the hunter job, yes, you definitely need some spells.

If you mean force like in fire, lightning or cold I think glavie really needs fire. Im going heuksal/fire 90, cold 72 and light 48.

I wouldn't recommend a force glavie.

Damned, I failed even by asking the question :banghead:
I had in mind the "River Fire Force" etc. So does full str need it?

I lol'd. Of course full STR glavies who are planning on 90 fire will need 'fire force series' skills. They help you dealing damage.

With all the respect, your friend has absolutely no idea of what he is talking about. I'd say, based on what I can remember and imagine, that imbue would add to something like 30% more damage for full STR's. This is almost completely random and I will very likely be wrong. Anyways, if you would hit like 5000 damage without imbue, with it you'd hit 6500 (being a full STR). Not forgetting that imbue will add a extra magical attack damage over your phy damage. If your friend still doesn't believe it, then tell him to not use/get those skills. Then he'll see.
