i have to do something new
l ike glavie skills
& i like the view of heavy armor with one handed&shield

what the best STR glavie or onehanded & shield

there is no "Best"....I have seen heuksal/fire,light 90, cold 30 (my build, Protector set) also seen 90 ice and 30 light....I personally like light for speed and phantom,parry.....I don't really "need" the extra 264 phy. def when it comes to pvp...i can tank any other str. build just fine without it..thus making light better imo.

i mean glavie or one handed sword ??????

Glaive is Chinese equivalent of the European build 2Hand Sword
1Hand Sword is European equivalent of the Chinese build Blader.

However 1Hand Swords alone aren't that good at dealing damage, so a Warlock Sub is recommended.

Glaiver (like 2Hand sword) does great damage with/without debuffs).

i agree on the first point but 1H actually seems to do less overall damage than bladers.
if you are going purely 1hand, go warlock sub.

if you are going to add 2hander, you don't need warlock but it will help you either warlock or cleric
