Full int nuker

I need help.
For full int s/s nuker I thought to choose 90 bich/light/cold and 30 fire with garment set.
I am interested is this build good for pvp/pve against euro and chinese classes at this cap. I heard s/s nuker is one of the fastest builds for pve.
And how are they going to be at cap 100? For cap 100 I thought to choose 100 bich/light/cold. Is that good?
Please help me somehow so I can decide is this good or not

that build vs full str bower with 90 bow/fire/cold? Because I already have this bower on lvl 30. I am also thinking about bard/wiz... Really cant decide...
help...

I have no idea i never do subclasses >.<
so i probly not the best person for advice
but chinese nukers are stronger and no pot delaly
but wiz can turn invisable and have b.a. attacks
havent been either why not try both?

I shall make a pure INT s/s in PVP and spear for PvE,
Fire 90 (Imbue)
Cold 90
Lightning 90

bicheon is better for pvp. thats why I will go 90 bich/light/cold and 30 fire...

I'll probably play with my warlock/cleric atm he is lvl 32. Should I first make this nuker to 60-70 then to make new warlock and then to farm him with nuker(This isnt loader suggestion
)??

the nuker s/s light,ice,bich....is very good on pve..and on pvp...all this kind of nukers i saw...they RULED....they pwn even BLADERS if they have good Protector ... if u want to pfarm a char...only POWERFARM...do a wiz/cleric to lv 64...yeah no bard...cleric have buffs so you will die harder...and with this char you can pfarm anychar u want...i do this too right now...this is my sugestion..hope i helped a bit

Im making 90 bicheon/90 lightning/90 ice and 30 fire s/s nuker atm. Going to farm something like 100k or so... But I know that this build is good on pvp and pve. Just remember to use garments cos when your fire us only lvl 30 your only source of mag. def. is garments.
