Farm at low level, or farm at high level (wizard)

Hello guys

I have bine wondering for a wile with mainly my wizzard acc weather i should start to powere level at a low level (like bandit archers and other low mobs 13-30) or start heading on a journey to about lvl64 with i dont rilly know about 2 gap it all the way and at lvl64 start my farming... id otn rilly know wich i should pick so can someone pelase help me out

You should farm at low levels, but if you don't want to do ongs farm or anything like that, then you can go ahead and farm at higher levels with a 2-3 gap, or whatever gap that can allow you to 1 shot your level mobs.
